Join The Fit Fem & Traveling Baseball Babes for a fun cardio-kickboxing class to support Fred K's Cancer!

Sylvia’s cardio-kickboxing classes feature an hour of high energy and fat burning that’s great for all fitness levels with easy, fun choreographed moves!

Cost: There is a minimum $5 donation per participant

Sylvia Nasser is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and a certified Holistic Health Coach, accredited through Purchase College, at State University of New York, as well as The American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Political Science and a Master of Science in Technological Systems Management from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. Lucille Roberts Westbury Agrees to Benefit Fred K's Cancer

Calling all Lucille Roberts Gold Card holders or Lucille Roberts Westbury members! Come out to the gym on May 21st for a "special edition" cardio kick-boxing class taught by Sylvia Nasser. All money collected at this class will be donated to Fred K's Cancer!

Here's what you can expect from the 45 min class: Uniquely choreographed kick boxing routines for all fitness levels. Each cardio kick boxing class is a heart-pounding cardio workout set to pull out all the stops to create the ultimate burn.
